Questions and corrections
Email us with the name on the receipt and what needs to change. Anything before the ordering deadline is straightforward to fix.
Allergies
All allergies must be listed at the time of ordering, in the allergy field when you add your student. That is what prints on our kitchen list. If your child has a severe allergy, email us before you place a first order so we can tell you which meals we are able to serve safely.
If your student is absent
The meal is still made. You are welcome to collect it from the front office, send someone to collect it on your behalf, or let us know and we will pass it to a student or teacher who would like it.
Menu requests
If your student has something they would like to see, tell us. Menus are planned a month ahead, so early suggestions have the best chance of making it on.
